Computer download question, Can someone please help me?

I have windows xp. I am trying to download the website for the Virtual Hills and Laguna Beach. The download goes through but the graphics are not coming up. Someone told me it might be something to do with java script, I have no clue and where to even begin. Your help will be much appreciated!
