Question for police officer?

So, here in Florida at the Pavillion by the beach we are allowed to drink beer in public.. I go down there and drink a few with the people that hang out there.. Shoot the breeze and play backgammon, etc.. A disturbance occurred and you came in and asked everyone personal information. I was the guy that told you my personal info is private and I'm not going to tell you it " OUT LOUD " in front of people here at the park I hardly know. When I offered to write it down on a piece of paper - thats when you take me to jail for public intoxication because you think I am being a smart azz.. FYI, I happen to be a millionaire and don't want to risk identity theft in front of the 10 people standing there who I hardly even know. I just drink beer with them and BS... COPS need to WAKE-UP to the fact that ident theft exists! Comments?
