I have a turf cleaning question?

This requires a bit of background first. I frequent an indoor paintball field, which I've really grown to love, but it has a drawback. To paraphrase what the employee said: They accidentally ordered the wrong kind of turf, which has an anti-burn additive for sliding. This was not originally meant for paintball, so when the oil and paint mixed up with the additive, it caused a chemical reaction and became this black stuff which gets on your clothes and doesn't come off when you wash it. Any idea if this additive can be cleaned, be it pressure hose or steam cleaner or what not?
