hmmmm, this it tricky haha. Honestly, it seems to me like you are in the friend zone. I know sometimes people will be friends for quite awhile and then for whatever reason they end up dating. She sounds like a sweet girl who is very friendly and has a good amount of guy friends. If your cousin told her that you like her and she said you are just friends then I think that is what you are (now, at least). Are you like the guys she has dated in the past/her type?
