Why doesn't Yahoo designate a Y!A area for minors only?

...So my language doesn't offend young ears, instead of removing my questions and answers. No, I am not talking about profanity, Yahoo kicks posts/questions because someone partisan finds the question objectionable. Thanks Yahoo!
