I had to leave sch in Nigeria due to ual harressment. hw can i study for free?

my parents don't want me studying in Nigeria anymore, because of all the harment that is prevalent there. but the thing is we are not financially strong enough to support my education abroad. i was wondering if there is any means by which i can study for free abroad. in countries like Russia, Germany and Ukraine. i would like to study Architectural Design. i am aware that if it is possible, i would have to study the language first. this is not a problem whatsoever. i just want to study and get on with my life.
