I ordered of airsoft world 4 days ago and still hasnt been sent.?

i ordered a airsoft gun and some bbs on sunday. It is now 4 days later i sent them age comfirmation 2 days ago and i have got no reply. is this normal or has something gone wrong? ... i also sent them 2 emails to check when they were going to be sending it but they did not reply.Ive also tried phoning them but the lines were busy.Does anyone kno what might have happend? and if so what can i do?
