Public Transportation from East Bay to Golden Gate Bridge?

It really depends upon where in the east bay you are starting from? If you are near Richmond or El Cerrito for example Golden Gate Transit route #40/42 has express bus service to San Rafel where you could then take a GGT bus #80 to the Bridge thereby avoiding the congestion of going thru the city of SF. Also, Golden Gate Bridge is not near Golden Gate Park, but MUNI bus #28 serves them both. Good Luck!
