How do you overcome a boss that is retaliating against you?

BBB = Better Business Bureau. Though you may think that The BBB is for consumers, talk to her boss, or if you don't want to do that then talk to your boss's boss's boss. lol IF that makes sense. If thats too confusing talk to the BBB they may help you.
