Is this a daft idea? I want to get an iPod Touch with an external hard drive?

Its a good idea if you ask me. I also have a 500gb external hard drive. Get the 16gb! I did, and im sooo glad i did. 8gb would just be soo quickly taken up if you are like me. I have around 545 songs, 2 music videos, 4 pictures, and some games and other apps. I now have over 11gb left. When i plugged it in my computer the first day i had it, it said i had 14.52gb, which is normal, because nothing is really what it says it is. (because of sales laws and all) but definately get the 16gb!
